After so many requests I am so excited to share with you how to make a Chicken Pad Thai at home. I won’t say it’s easy!
My first Pad Thai was made 19 years ago when I was trying to impress Iain, my then boyfriend now husband and it was not very good but he was so polite to ate it all, I didn’t eat my one though. 😁
This time it’s going be better as I’ve got a good recipe, technique, have been trying it out recently and it was yummy.
