Gai Bai Toey
Chicken fillet marinated in garlic, pepper, sesame oil, cooking wine,
honey and wrapped in pandan leaves on bamboo skewers and deep fried.
Deep fried marinated minced chicken and prawns spread on a
heart shaped toast, topped with sesame seed.
Grilled Marinated pork with coriander roots, oyster sauce, soy sauce,
black soy sauce and palm sugar on a bamboo stick.
All served with a sweet chilli dip, tamarind sauce and Peanut Sauce.
An aromatic mild yellow curry with chicken, coconut milk, onion and
potatoes. Sprinkled with crispy red onion.
Stir fried crispy deep fried red sea bream fish with a Thai Three Flavoured Sauce
( sour, sweet, salty ) chilli, pineapple, onion, peppers and sweet basil leaves.
Served on a crispy basket.
