Kha Nom Pang Gai Goong - Marinated minced chicken and prawn on a heart shape toast topped with sesame seed.
Gai Stay - Thai style marinated chicken breast on bamboo skewers, brushed with coconut milk and charcoal grilled.
Mee Krob Tofu - Crispy thin rice noodle with tofu, spring onion coated with tamarind and tomato sauce.
Make Yang - Grilled Thai style marinated aubergines topped with teriyaki sauce
All served with a Peanut sauce, Sweet chilli sauce and
Thai cucumber, carrot and red onion relish.
Moo Ob Sauce Dang - Slices roasted pork topped with thai BBQ sauce served with steamed bok choy
Massaman Neau - Mild and slightly sweet beef curry with peanut, potatoes and flavoured with cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, cumin and onion, sprinkled with crispy red onion.
Gai Sam Rod - Stir fried chicken in a light batter with peppers, onion, sweet basil, chilli and Thai three flavoured sauce (sweet, salty and sour) served in crispy basket.
Koaw Pad Saparod Goong - Stir fried rice with prawn, egg, pineapple, cashew nuts, onion, spring onion, carrot and curry powder. Served on a fresh pineapple halves.
