To Begin

Prawn Crackers

Mixed Starter

Gai Bai Toey

Chicken fillet marinated in garlic, pepper, sesame oil, cooking wine, 

honey and wrapped in pandan leaves on bamboo skewers and deep fried.

Por Pia 

Home made spring rolls stuffed with cabbage, onion, carrots and glass noodles.

Kha Nom Pang 

Deep fried marinated minced chicken and prawns spread on a 

heart shaped toast, topped with sesame seed.

Moo Ping 

Grilled Marinated pork with coriander roots, oyster sauce, soy sauce, 

black soy sauce and palm sugar on a bamboo stick.

Yum Polamai 
Mixed fruits salad with grapes, apple, red onion, tomato and 
spring onion topped with a Thai spicy chillies and lime juice dressing.

All served with a sweet chilli dip, tamarind sauce and Peanut Sauce.

Main Course

Yellow Curry

An aromatic mild yellow curry with chicken, coconut milk, onion and 

potatoes. Sprinkled with crispy red onion. 

Goong Makham

Deep fried king prawns with shell on, topped with a caramelised tamarind sauce and 
grilled pineapple slice. Sprinkle with crispy red onion.

Pla Sam Rod 

Stir fried crispy deep fried red sea bream fish with a Thai Three Flavoured Sauce 

( sour, sweet, salty ) chilli, pineapple, onion, peppers and sweet basil leaves. 

Served on a crispy basket.

Pad Sam Sahai 

Stir fried asparagus, carrot and baby corn in an oysters sauce.

Kaow Pad Song Khleang

Special fried rice with egg, pea, baby corn, spring onion, carrot and curry powder. 

Served on a Banana leaves.


Dessert
